LUIZ PAYNE

Pacific Coast Tri
Luiz spent seven years in sales and marketing with General Electric after graduating from their Technical Leadership Program. Next, he spent eight years leading the sales and marketing team for Emerson Electric in their Southwest district office. Luiz went on to spearhead the industrial sales efforts for Tyco Electronics in their Western division over the past two years.
His passion and ability for sports has led him to compete in three dozen triathlons over the past six years. Serving on the board of directors for the Orange County Triathlon Club over the past three years, Luiz has designed new races, led new initiatives and contributed to a 40% membership growth rate. In 2007 Luiz was recognized as Member of the Year. Luiz holds a BSEE and Business Management degree from SJSU. He has also taken Philosophy at Harvard and MBA courses at Babson College.
PETE VARA.

Pete Vara
Pete has 10 years of marketing and business experience. Previously completed an online International Loyalty Program for electronic components. Pete also managed and completed several direct mail and email campaigns for B-to B and B-to-C. Also, he has managed and produced local/international tradeshow campaigns.
Over the 3 years, Pete has been working closely with Venture Farm a funding and execution entity in Orange County. Pete has been responsible for marketing and managing Workshops on Effective Entrepreneurship. A interactive boot camp style workshop focusing on effective business execution, getting from concept to reality and achieving the BIG difference: ability to show results. He also revamped a popular 50 plus magazine which included Press Releases Campaigns,SEO,Social Networking,Video Messaging Campaigns, and Overall Blog Marketing awareness program.
OGUZ

Oguz
Oguz previously provided assistance to execution of The Gillette Company’s brands’ marketing and promotional efforts, managed daily interaction and collaboration with distributors and retailers to create and promote brand identity programs, formulated market entry reports, including detailed market assessments and marketing strategies.
He had served on the board of directors of Orange County Triathlon Club as a Sponsorship Coordinator and Newsletter Editor. He has been working closely with a wide variety of companies including sporting goods companies with specialized focus on branding in the past five years. He holds an MBA degree in Global Operations Management.
